Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting access to, creating an account on, or using the RF Canine Ltd booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the system.

2. Access & Membership

Access to the RF Canine booking system is by approval only. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. RF Canine reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at its discretion.

Once approved, you will receive an invitation to create your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Bookings & Services

All bookings are subject to availability and team scheduling. RF Canine will make reasonable efforts to fulfil bookings as requested, but may need to adjust or cancel bookings due to circumstances outside its control (including weather, team availability, or pet safety concerns).

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet(s), including any medical, behavioural, or safety considerations that may affect the service.

4. Pet Health & Safety

You are responsible for ensuring your pet is up to date with vaccinations and is fit for the services booked. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, behavioural issues, or risks before services are provided.

RF Canine reserves the right to refuse or suspend services if a pet is deemed a risk to itself, other pets, or team members, or if required information is withheld.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Bookings can be managed through the system. Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes. RF Canine's specific cancellation policy (including any applicable fees) will be communicated separately as part of your service agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the system, including but not limited to: providing false information, attempting to access other users' data, interfering with system security, or using the system for any unlawful purpose.

RF Canine reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The RF Canine booking system, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RF Canine Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the system without permission.

8. Liability

RF Canine takes the utmost care in looking after your pet. However, to the extent permitted by law, RF Canine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the system or its services.

Specific liability terms relating to pet care services are set out in your individual service agreement and any signed consent forms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the system or by email. Continued use of the system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
